Leathergoods have been the cornerstone of my career, combining craftsmanship, material innovation, and large-scale global sourcing. I’ve built deep expertise in this category, leading teams across design, merchandising, and production while partnering with manufacturers in Italy, China, India, and Guatemala.

Over the years, I’ve developed and launched products for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Coach, Ralph Lauren, Levi’s, and Calvin Klein. Each collaboration sharpened my ability to balance artisanal detail with commercial viability, ensuring products that resonate with consumers while meeting the highest standards of quality and production.

This foundation in leathergoods continues to shape my broader design philosophy: creating products that are not only functional and beautiful but also rooted in global craft traditions and forward-thinking innovation.

I’ve had the unique opportunity to design and develop products for Disney, bringing beloved characters to life through magical accessories.

This work combined my background in product development and merchandising with the creative challenges of character licensing, where storytelling, brand alignment, and market appeal are equally essential.

From concept to execution, these projects showcase my ability to translate iconic Disney properties into products that connect with consumers worldwide.

Case Studies

Global Supply Chain Strategy:
Leather Belt Program

As Vice President of Merchandising and Design at Randa, I led the Kirkland Signature belt program from concept through delivery. Over three years, I managed a full-cycle process spanning design, sourcing, and merchandising execution.

Disney Licensed Accessories

As Global Product Design Manager at Disney, I spearheaded licensed accessories collections across bags, small leather goods, and lifestyle product extensions. My work supported collaborations with Dooney & Bourke, Crocs, and Lilly Pulitzer.

Adaptive Fashion Education Initiative

At Columbia College Chicago, I designed and launched the first higher education course centered on adaptive fashion. Partnering with YKK and disability advocate Jessica Jordan Ping, students created inclusive garments addressing real consumer needs.
